1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of Pandadoku, operated by Hong Kong Truveltang co., ltd. Please read them before playing. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. In-game advertising is configured as non-personalized; using the game is not treated as consent to personalized advertising.
Pandadoku is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the game. Users who are old enough for the intended audience but cannot legally enter an agreement should use the game under a parent or guardian’s supervision and permission where required. The app does not verify age or collect an age selection; the intended-audience statement is not a technical age check.
2. Permission to play
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, limited permission to install and play an authorized copy of Pandadoku on compatible devices you control. The game and its licensed contents remain owned by their respective rights holders.
You may not sell access to the game, redistribute unauthorized copies, remove ownership notices, or use its artwork, audio, branding, or other protected content commercially without permission. This does not restrict use expressly permitted by law, a separate license, or an applicable open-source license.
3. Gameplay, progress and virtual items
Pandadoku provides logic puzzles, local progress and profile customization. This release has no player account, online leaderboard, cloud-save service or in-app purchase. Hints and other virtual tools are gameplay features and have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
Progress and earned items are saved locally. Clearing app data, uninstalling, changing devices, storage failure or loss of the device may remove them. Operating-system backups are not a Pandadoku cloud-save service. Please review device storage and backup choices before making changes. We will take reasonable care when updating save formats, but cannot restore records we never received.
4. Ads and optional rewards
When advertising is active, the game may offer non-personalized banner or interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos. Before a rewarded video, the game identifies the benefit being offered. Normally the reward is granted after the advertising provider reports successful completion. Closing early, a failed load, no available ad or a missing completion signal may prevent the reward; no reward is promised merely for tapping an ad button. If the game offers a separate reward-recovery option, the conditions shown for that option apply.
Do not repeatedly click advertisements to manipulate payments, automate views, falsify completion events, or exploit a reward defect. If a reward is missing despite completion, you may contact us with the game version and approximate time; do not send sensitive personal information.
Advertising availability is not guaranteed. Advertising and any advertiser transaction are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices. We do not require you to buy an advertised product to receive an in-game reward. The intended audience and advertising-data practices explained in our Privacy Policy continue to apply.
5. Acceptable use
Use the game lawfully and without interfering with other people’s rights. Do not distribute malware, defeat security controls, impersonate the operator, misuse contact channels, or use the game to infringe intellectual-property rights.
Testing, study, accessibility adaptations, reverse engineering and other activities that mandatory law permits remain permitted to that extent. Please report a security issue privately through pandadoku@truveltang.com rather than publishing another person’s data.
6. Updates and availability
We may issue updates to correct problems, improve compatibility, maintain security or change features. Internet access may be needed to download updates or use enabled ads; local puzzle play does not depend on an operator account. Your device or mobile provider may charge for connectivity.
We will give reasonable notice of a material adverse change or discontinuation where reasonably practicable and required by law. We will not retroactively remove rights that mandatory consumer law gives you. If a change requires a new privacy choice, it will be requested separately.
7. Care, limitations and consumer rights
We aim to provide the game with reasonable care and skill. Software can contain defects, and compatibility or uninterrupted availability on every device cannot be guaranteed. We will consider reported faults and make corrections as reasonably appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other rights and remedies that mandatory consumer law preserves. Any limit permitted by law applies only to the extent that it is fair and enforceable in your circumstances. These Terms do not require you to waive a statutory warranty or consumer remedy.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. Local deletion and privacy-rights requests are explained in the Privacy Policy. If a serious breach makes continued permission inappropriate, we may restrict the affected service or end the license to the extent lawful, taking proportionate action and offering notice or an opportunity to address the issue where appropriate.
Ending use does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination or provisions that by their nature must continue, such as intellectual-property ownership and mandatory legal remedies.
9. Questions, disputes and applicable rights
Please first contact pandadoku@truveltang.com if you have a question or dispute so that we can try to resolve it. This request to contact us does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, using a legally available complaint process, or bringing a claim.
Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by the laws that apply to your circumstances. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive foreign-court requirement. Your mandatory rights as a consumer in your place of residence remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms and will show the effective date and version. Material changes will be explained through an appropriate in-game or website notice. Changes will apply prospectively and subject to any acceptance required by law. If one part is unenforceable, the remainder continues only so far as lawful and consistent with the agreement’s purpose.
